| Description | Single cell capsule network (scCapsNet) is an interpretable classifier based on capsule network, which is used for single cell transcriptome analysis. ScCapsNet can find out the cell type-associated genes through the internal parameters of the model. It can directly link genes with cell types, which improves the interpretability of deep learning model. In essence, scCapsNet encodes the information of gene expression and cell type in low-dimensional space, which is full of biological significance. |
